UPDATE: No Little League Activities Until 5/11/2020 Due To COVID-19

The PLL Board of Directors would like to update you on the impact of COVID-19 on our Spring Baseball Season. The safety and well-being of your family and our Pocket community is our top priority. During these uncertain and unprecedented times, we ask for your patience and understanding as PLL addresses the evolving COVID-19 pandemic.

Little League International has updated their position and is strongly advising that all Little League programs suspend the season until Monday, May 11, 2020. Pocket Little League and District 7 will be complying with this recommendation. We recognize that this “pause” affects the heart of our traditional Little League season. PLL will continue to prepare for a fun and exciting Spring Season to ensure that we are 100% ready to resume the season when the suspension is lifted.

Some examples of things you can do to help flatten the curve and keep our community thriving:

  • Eat and drink local to support our small business community.
  • Social distancing. You can still play catch in an open space like your backyard or park, as long as you maintain at least six feet of distance between you and other people.
  • Donate to help those economically affected within the City of Sacramento. Donate4Sacramento.org

Thank you all for your support! Together, we can make a difference. As additional information becomes available, we will be sure to pass it along.
